The UULM Action Network PAC

The UULM Action Network PAC (Political Action Committee) is a separate branch of our UU legislative efforts that allows us to accept funds to be used specifically for political purposes. Donations to the PAC are not tax deductible.

Current efforts of the UULM PAC are focused on protecting the rights of marriage for all, by working to block Proposition 8, the California amendment to our Constitution that is designed to "Eliminate the rights of same-sex couple's to marry."

Check out the curriculum from the Council of Churches - Living Lovingly: Talking About Marriage Equality from a Faith Perspective. Do the curriculum yourselves so you are more familiar with it, and offer to help lead it in other churches.

Give Money and Build Membership

Make sure you and your congregation are supporting UULM-CA. Also consider supporting CA Faith for Equality and/or GLBT. Click here to donate to our UULM-AN PAC, which is funding our interfaith organizing against Proposition 8.

Sign people up on Sundays who want to be part of UULM and the UULM Action Network so that we can build a stronger statewide network.
